THIS CARD MAY NOT BE SOLD IN FL, MO or WA. A fee of 89¢ applies to all calls made from U.S. pay phones. Calls are billed in 3-minute increments; partial minutes are billed as whole minutes. A weekly maintenance fee of 50¢ will apply. A single maintenance fee of 69¢ will apply at approximately midnight the day of the first call. A connection fee of 59¢ will apply at the beginning of the second call and all calls thereafter. A post call fee of 20¢ will apply to all calls that exceed 15 minutes in duration. A communication fee of up to 25% will apply at the end of each call. Application of fees has the effect of reducing available minutes on the Card. The maximum domestic rate per minute is 10¢. International fees and rates vary and are subject to change. Calls made to cellular phones may be charged a higher rate. International rates vary and are available through Customer Service. Call Customer Service before leaving the U.S. for dialing instructions and availability. International calls originating from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Saipan and the U.S. Virgin Islands will have a higher per minute rate than all other U.S. call originations.
