By using this card, you agree to:
Fees: The following apply: (a) one-time maintenance fee of 69 cents on the day after the 1st call; (b) communication fee of 67% of total charges for the call assessed at the end of each call; (c) recurring weekly maintenance fee of 69 cents; (d) connect fee of 25 cents on third subsequent calls & 9e) 89 cents for calls from pay phones. Assessment of Fees reduces the value of the card & number of available minutes- example based on $5 card for US to Macao (42 available minutes); If 1st call is for 10 minutes, card value and minutes available on the same day are $3.02 and 23 respectively after communications fee, excluding payphone, one-time and weekly maintenance fees.

Other Terms: The card expires 6 months after first use & has no cash value. Calls are billed in 1-minute increments; partial minutes are billed as whole minutes. Per-minute rates are divided into three tiers and vary by call duration and destination. Maximum rate per domestic minute is 0.0222 cents. Rates for international calls & to mobile phones vary.
